Package Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. The standard shipping method is without signature or tracking number. If you prefer delivery with a signature, an additional fee applies — please contact us before placing your order.

Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will provide a tracking link as soon as possible so that you can follow your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight or total value of your order.

• Whenever possible, combine all your items into a single order.
• We cannot group separate orders — each one will incur its own shipping cost.
• Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken for fragile items.
• Boxes are appropriately sized, and all items are securely protected.

Return Policy

If a product does not meet your expectations or is defective, you have up to 14 days after delivery to request a return.

1. Request authorization: contact us by email to obtain return instructions and an authorization number (RMA).
2. Prepare the package: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, complete, and include a copy of the invoice.
3. Shipping: unless there was a shipping error or defective product confirmed, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. Refund or exchange: after receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Note: Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons once installed or used. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
